last night up and down most of night with stomach ache but normal bowel movements 3 times.
does this sound like ibs even with the normal movement.
ive had good colonoscopy and good yelp blood test. today wiped out no energy i just cause no sleep.

: If you were sick last night with abdominal pain, three bowel movements and lack of sleep, it is normal if you feel wiped out today at your age.
You probably ate something wrong with your dinner, IBS should not behave that way. 
Do not worry too much because anxiety and IBS have some causal relationship.

i just went to bathroom and water was red but bowel movement was green no stomach ache when i went didnt see blood in stool at all should i contact my doctor ? i had colonoscopy last year

Not a bad idea: It sounds like your urine turned red and stool green with no other symptoms. Letting your doc know might help in designing a plan going forward.

Yes: While performing the endoscopic exam AIR is introduced to dilate and then properly observe the lining of your upper gastrointestinal tract!

It takes a while for this gas to pass!
4 days is absolutely normal..a week maximal after that consult with the endoscopist!

colonoscopy showed a cecal ulcer. what is a cecal ulcer, and can it be caused by long term nsaid use(like a gastric ulcer)?

Yes: cecal ulcer is ulcer in the cecum of your colon, where the small intestine and appendix attach. NSAIDs are the most common cause of isolated ulcer in this location, and agree ur meds naproxen, motrin and asa are likely culprits. It's not a local effect, so you can also form ulcers elsewhere including stomach while on these medications. Key is rehab/therapy for ur back. Happy to consult further.

experiencing ibd like symptoms since years. had my endoscopy and colonoscopy which was normal but colon biopsies and gastric biopsies show surface ulceration and non specific chronic inflammation, cryptitis, lamina propria inflammation.diagnosis?

: It is peculiar to have these abnormalities on biopsy and yet colonoscopy to otherwise be normal. Presumably you have a gastroenterologist; keep working with her. Also ask about a fecal calprotectin test. (Google it for information about calprotectin and inflammatory bowel disease.)

in 2009 i had ryun y gastric bypass and was totally fine until 2017 when a started having problems after meals as well as chronic constipation. egd and colonoscopy good. what can an mri mrcp show? will it show stomach and small and large intestines?

MRI MRCP: This study will not visualize the stomach and intestinal tract. It is to visualize the liver,gall bladder, bile ducts, pancreas, and pancreatic duct. Unlike an ERCP, it is noninvasive and is not used to relieve obstructing lesions like stones or strictures.

Hypersensitivity : Hypersensitivity of the enteric nervous system manifesting as dyspepsia or visceral hypersensitivity would be most likely.  Non-gi causes such as musculoskeletal should also be considered.  Bloating is often times a difficult symptom to investigate and manage, as you can attest.

Stress: Stress can affect the GI tract directly. Unfortunately nothing we can do about thia except  to avoid the stress.

i had bad gastric pain after having prawns. does this mean im allergic to prawns?

Definite maybe: If you also had hives or difficulty breathing the answer would be yes. A stomachache alone could be due to something other than allergy. If other people ate the prawns & only you had symptoms an allergic reaction is more likely. I suggest seeing an allergist about this. Simple blood or skin testing & an open oral challenge (in that order) will give you the answer & the safest path to take.
