Different gaits are characterized by differences in limb movement patterns, overall velocity, forces, kinetic and potential movement.

Varies by cause: The key to fixing an awkward gait is determing the cause - is it muscular, skeletal, neurological, etc.  Pt can help for muscular injuries, and for some neurological conditions meds can help.  As always good diagnosis begets good treatment and better outcomes.

Your gait is a complex series of coordinated muscle movement and can be influenced by age, structure, muscle control, etc. And affected by functioning body systems (i.e. Nervous system, circulation, musculoskeletal system, etc.).  Kind of a tough question without a physical exam.

Medications exist to handle peptic ulcer disease, chronic gastritis, esophagitis, and the best way to get this fully evaluated and institute an effective treatment program, is to have a Gastroenterologist consult.  Whether this eventuates in control or cure cannot be predicted at this time.

Gastric: Assuming you mean serum gastrin level. Cause should be explored . There is a reason for the elevation. Potential causes include medications such as Omeprazole & similar medications, B12 deficiency, stomach cancer, stomach ulcer, pancreas tumor, insulin, kidney failure, tagamet (cimetidine) & similar medications to name a few causes. See your doctor for work-up.
