am having some movement of gas in my bladder some painful and discomfort, also having discomfort in my esophagus, please help?

Need examination: You are experiencing what we call disparate symptoms meaning that they do not seem related. "Stomach ulcer"is a condition that is not easily self-diagnosed and requires significant expertise. This, of course,may be related to your esophageal discomfort but  maybe not. "Gas in the bladder" is probably a misconception and the advice here is to see a qualified physician to sort this all out.

Hello. : Hello. I don't know when you had your hysterectomy. If it has been quite a while, you may have abdominal adhesions which can be problematic. Additonally, scars are chronic niduses of inflammation. Hysterectomy and C-section scars often can lead to back pain. Medical accupunture scar deactivation (with or without electrical stimulation) and scar injection with saline/lidocaine/ homeopathic medication can be of great help with both the scar and underlying adhesions. With a surgeon's concurrence, periheral treatments can often begin within weeks of surgery.

three days out from an appendectomy. no decrease in symptoms and i'm again experiencing lrq pain. i have not had a bowel movement or passed gas. bladder pain during urination. i have difficulty sleeping and eating. does this warrant an appt?

S/p appy: Yes. Go to ER could have prolonged ileus, abscess, adhesion, volvulus,. Any pain that interferes with sleep warrants ER visit

See MD if persistent: unclear without understanding underlying cause - is this urine infection, constipation, inflammation, etc. Would need more information on present symptoms, prior history, and medical workup. Happy to consult but watch for red flags such as fever, weight loss, change in bowel habits, blood, or increased pain

No GB but pain belly: Can't be your gall bladder unless you had retained stones  If no stones in GB not this probably. Keep diary of everything you do eat and drink and do and symptoms for several weeks.   Share with your team.  Your body will tell you what is wrong if you and your team listen to it and to you.

Yes it could be: The problem, but usually gallbladder problem causes pain in the right upper or mid upper abdomen, after large or fatty meals, with radiation to tip of shoulder blade, and lasts 6-8 hours.  But those are classic symptoms, and each patient has different symptoms.  The only way to know for sure is to get tested.  She should ask her doctor if she needs further tests.

how can i tell the difference between gas pain and gall bladder pain?

Type of pain: Gallbladder pain(biliary colic) is a noncramping, nonburning, steady pain, typically in the right upper-or upper middle abdomen.  It typically lasts for an hour and then goes away completely; it often occurs after eating (esp fried/fatty foods). "gas pains" are cramping and often radiate thru out the abdomen.   If you suspect gb problems, a simple ultrasound can determine if you have stones.

what can i take for bad smelling gas 4 months after gall bladder removal?

Odorous flatus : The gall bladder helps us digest fats. With it removed fat can stay in the intestines and colon and provide food for bacterial which eats the fats it and produce gas.
