Clot in urine: could be either the result of a kidney stone or a cystitis.  It it recurs follow up with your physician.

i had ct scan, cysto & biopsy of bladder. all negative. now blood & clot just 10 min ago. normal? no fever some belly discomfort maybe gas.

If it does not: recur, it is probably a bit of bleeding from biopsy.  If symptoms recur or progress, you should contact your surgeon before weekend.

Blood: Blood in stools is abnormal and should be checked out. Your symptoms could well be due to irritable bowel syndrome and hemorrhoids bleeding. Mucus is common with IBS. Other possibilities include inflammatory bowel disease like ulcerative colitis, diverticulosis of the colon or growths in the rectum or colon. A gastroenterologist or proctologist can evaluate and advise you. A fodmap diet helps IBS.

Good work up: With a negative CT, the lumps are likely just "skin deep" and a physician's examination is the next step to form a treatment plan or to gain reassurance that no treatment is needed. Ultrasound is the correct next step for the abdominal pain, although there is low likelihood that any disease process identified is particularly severe in light of the CT scan. Hemorrhoids will cause blood in the stool

i experience gi symptoms like diarrhea, gas, and bloating after gluten intake - even very small amounts. blood tests for celiac disease were all normal. can it be a false negative? and if so can an endoscopy pick up on those false negatives?

I'd say IBS like,,,,: I would say that this is a case of ibs or irritable bowel syndrome.  You have gas and constipation, with pain.  This is a classic presentation.  You could likely improve these symptoms dramatically with a diet high in fiber, with vegetables and fruit along with enough protein from meats.  More fluid consumption also helps.  Best of luck.

i'am experiencing diarrhea for almost 3 weeks. my poop is watery color is black sometime theres blood on stool. a lot of gas comes out. lost weight 12lbs. my cbc result is abnormal but negative in fecal occult blood. do i need to go for colonoscopy?

Yes: Colonoscopy is definitely necessary in order to secure a diagnosis. Based on symptoms, inflammatory bowel disease appears most likely. Given symptoms, with visible blood, checking for occult blood would not be necessary. Imaging may be needed as well.

Venous blood gas: Blood gas results are taken on arterial blood only. If the technician did not get an arterial sample while attempting to get a blood gas, the results are meaningless. A repeat blood gas will need to be reordered.

See your doctor: Passing bright red blood from the rectum can be something as simple as hemorrhoids or as serious as colon cancer. Bright red blood coming from the rectum is one of the cancer warning signs & should always be evaluated.

Minutes: I trust by huffing you mean breathing vigorously due to exercise.  In a healthy person the blood gases return to normal in a matter of minutes, usually no more than 10 minutes or so.
