Probably not: Absent fever and or vomiting a spasm on occasion is not concerning. If it gets worse, okay to check in with your regular doc. Be well.

Yes: 2yrs after presumably uncomplicated gallbladder removal, you can drink anything you want as long as there's no other reason such as alcoholism. In general, we don't recommend more than one drink/day for ladies &amp; two per day for men. Cheers!

Possible: Patient who have their gallbladder removed could experienced post cholecystectomy  diarrhea it is usually self limited  and worst after heavy or greasy meal it is easy treated if persisted make sure you eT plenty of yogurt and banana and avoid dairy product and greasy food and avoid diarrhea medicine from over the counter see a doctor if persists

Not normal: Probably unrelated to gall bladder removal unless they put scope through naval area. Should be examined to rule out infected cyst or hair follicle or other source of bleeding. Seek evaluation.

Symptomatic?: Are you symptomatic from the scar tissue? Are you referring to the external scars on your skin or internal scaring?

If internal scaring, referred to as adhesions, is causing you symptoms, your surgeon may recommend a lysis of adhesions to break up the scar tissue.

Where?: What type of scar tissue are your describing? Cosmetic scarring of the skin may be addressed by a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist. Internal scar tissue after laparoscopic surgery is usually very minimal and not a source of pain. If you are having painful issues, see your family doctor first.

May be unrelated: It seems likely that your bloating feelings without eating wouid not be related to your gallbladder surgery. See your family doctor for an evaluation to see what might be the cause of your feelings.

It : It is not uncommon to have problems with your bowels following gallbladder removal.  Common symptoms include heartburn, bloating, belching, passing lots of gas, and diarrhea.
This is particularly pronounced after eating a fatty meal.  It occurs because there is no more reservoir available (gallbladder) to store your bile.  Bile helps you digest fat, and is normally relased when you have a fatty meal.   If these symptoms are bothersome to you, you should consider a high fiber, low fat diet as much as possible.  Discuss these symptoms with your physicians.  Sometimes enzymes and resins may be helpful to control your symptoms.
