how do i reduce the problems of a gallbladder acting up? i need relief of the gas, pain, and nausea associated with this condition. can anyone please help?

Avoid: Fatty, large, heavy meals.  Some people have difficult with dairy products.  But definitive cure is cholecystectomy.  With laparoscopy, it is at most an overnight procedure with minimal pain, scarring, and disability.  You should go for this before complications occur.

Constipation: Your constipation is causing also most of the damage. Your message got cut, but you will definitely get some relief with a bowel movement. Prune juice, eating a ripe pear followed by lots of water may help. Alternatively you may need to start over the counter Senna and stay on it for good few days. If you are aware already of having gallbladder issues make sure you connect with your physician.
