Not recommended: As harmless as an antibiotic cream might seem, it is actually absorbed into the skin and the rest of the body. That means different germs 'see' this medication and can generate resistance to it - which may be an issue down the road. (Hopefully never but you can't predict the future). Better to find out what exactly is causing the rash and base your treatment on that. A dermatologist may be of help

is fusidic acid or gentamicin more suitable for paronychia? for mild cases, is oral antibiotics necessary?

Depends on cause: Most paronychia is caused by staph or strep and oral augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate) or cephalexin will work well. For methicillin resistant staph Bactrim or doxycycline will work well.

Yes but: Used as directed it is safe,containing an antibiotic  and a topical steroid. However postpartum it does appear in breast milk and needs to be discussed with your doctor.

Two possibilities: This medication is a combination of an antibiotic (fusidic acid) and a corticosteroid (hydrocortisone). The antibiotic will help prevent infection and the topical steroid may help shrink the keloid.

Probably not: You are having an allergic reaction to a topical antibiotic cream.  Stop usung it and take an antihistamine if you are red and itching.  Benadryl, (diphenhydramine) zyrtec, claritin, or Allegra can help this.  When the allergic reaction stops it will go away and your skin will not hyperpigment.  Avoid ever putting antibiotic cream on your face it is oily and can cause acne.

Eye drops: The drops are mild,for the yes,any drops used in eyes,go through tear ducts in nose,and there on to throat,as in tears we swallow them

No harm at all: When you apply these drops to your eyes, some of it passes down the lacrimal drainage system into your nose and then down your throat with no harm.  A direct application of a drop into the throat will do no harm.

i had cut in corner of mouth. antifungal cream didn't heal. fusidic acid cream's working (3 days using). when can i stop using it? can i kiss my bf?

Cuts are other thing: angular cheilosis or cuts in the corner of the mouth can be fungal,  can be caused by a vitamin deficiency, can be caused by an overclosed bite or dentition, or a number of problems.  If the antifungal cream was used for 2 weeks and did not work may assume that it is the wrong medication or it is not fungal.  An Oral Surgeon should be seen.
