Hard to say: It is hard to say. From your question, it sounds as though you had injury demonstrated either by ct scan or MRI scan. One may have no problems at all, it depends on the size of the injury and the exact location in these regions. If you are asking what these areas typically do: r frontal:  smell, memory, impulse control, left sided movement.  L parietal: speech, language, right sided movement.

: It is felt that a brain heals itself after a traumatic injury by forming new connections among brain cells and pathways over a period of months. Are you concerned about traumatic encephalopathy and some cognitive loss? If so consult a neurologist for evaluation and advice and, most importantly, reassurance.

Not Yet Sure: I suspect an abnormality was seen that could be one of the following:   1. Gliosis. 2.  Low Grade Glioma
Quite different problems. I. is benign and 2. is malignant. You will need more test to decide. Follow-up may be needed. PET/CT of brain may help.

: Maximimum post traumatic brain healing occurs over 12-18 months and is often incomplete. After then, there no further improvements and TBI issues are chronic

Perhaps: Following a true traumatic brain injury, spontaneous healing begins within a few days, and most recovery is substantial by 9-12 months, and a lesser improvement by 18 months.  Due to time passage, independent improvement is unlikely, but you may benefit from speech therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, or even memory enhancing agents.

NO: Loads of controversy has swirled regarding ms and trauma, but looking at all of this, it is quite clear that there is no real relationship btwn the cause of ms and any kind of trauma. There is some possible tendency to worsen ms with open head trauma, that is penetration through the skull, but not with a closed head injury.  In short, your injury did not cause ms.

Good care, not worry: This depends on various factors and a consultation with a good neurologist or neurosurgeon should allow you to understand the nature of the cyst and the best management.  Repeat or periodic imaging may be recommended.  Often, a small cyst remains stable over time and may not require intervention.
