: With repeated vaginal bleeding and negative urine pregnancy tests then pregnancy is most likely ruled out. Frequent urination is not a symptom of early pregnancy and this symptom is quite common. If UTI is ruled out then you should control frequency with cognitive behavior therapy (CBT). You can google CBT for overactive bladder (OAB). Good luck.

Time to see : Your doctor. Your nausea and dizziness may be due to an unrecognized cause. If you did the test correctly and it was negative, you are not likely to be pregnant. There is no harm in repeating the test, but if it is negative again it would be time to see your doctor.

See your HCP: Your healthcare provider should be consulted. Having problems with blood sugar (in some cases, diabetes) can cause frequent urination. There are several other causes and a complete pelvic exam and medical evauation are needed....

Cannot tell yet: A person can only tell she HAD implantation spotting in hindsight, after confirming a pregnancy. A urine pregnancy test, done correctly, gives a reliable result 3 weeks after sex (3 weeks after when conception might have occurred) or 1 week after missing a period. If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon, and thus lead to a repeat test.

negative repeat in 7 days.

Antibiotics will: only work if you have a bacterial urine infection. Check w/your doctor for a full evaluation including lab and possibly a consult with a urologist.

Visit your doctor: Frequent urination could be as simple as a urinary tract infection. Visit your doctor for a urinalysis.  If so, a course of antibiotics quickly treats it! 

Frequent urination could also be a sign of diabetes which can be checked at the same visit with a blood sugar level.

It could also be from a small bladder or over active bladder.

Maybe. It's common.: Urinary tract infections are rather common. It happens to people every day, all over the world. A man is much less likely than a woman to get a UTI. A person with possible UTI symptoms needs to see her doctor to get a urine test, and antibiotics if the test results suggest infection. Also, there are some less common medical disorders that cause UTI symptoms, but are not infections.

Get examined: Check with MD (PCP, GYN, or urologist) that you don't have neurologic, ovarian or uterine issues causing frequent urination. Check blood sugar, and other chemistries. decrease caffeine, check other meds, alcohol intake..
 sometimes other tests of bladder function are needed.
