Further workup: May need further investigation since still symptomatic.  Further questions and exam by your healthcare provider will differentiate between persistent UTI needing  an alternative medicine vs.  obtaining  a test to rule out a different condition that is evolving.  Although urinating more, should still maintain good water hydration.

Check your Calcium: Hctz can lead to to hypercalcemia especially if you are taking vitamin d or calcium supplements. This will cause lack of urine concentration by the kidney. And polyuria. This does not explain the fever. 

Other possibilities (diabetes) should be ruled out by a visit to  your doctor.

: Sounds more like a back problem. Drink some water, use a heating pad 3 x a day, do not lift any thing heavy, take Ibuprofen and if not better in a few days see your MD. Hope you feel better

UVI: This sounds like a urinary tract infection. IF you are indeed having pain up into the abdomen or back, then you should receive treatment as you do not want this to travel up to the kidneys!
