: Depending on the type of abortion process (minor surgical as opposed to "chemical") urination may reflect additional fluid intake (oral or IV), and is not a concern.  If it continues, see your GYN physician for a urinalysis and culture.

Unrelated.:  On abortion is a procedure that will affect your vagina and uterus, however it should not affect your bladder and cause frequent urination. I could understand if a catheter were placed in your bladder prior to a procedure, however this is uncommon during abortions.

Call gyn: While some bleeding is normal, 7 days is a bit long. Frequent urination is often a sign of a urinary tract infection.  You need to call your gyn!

Urologist: I recommend that you be evaluated by a urologist. Your symptoms suggest urethral injury or inflammation which may lead to incomplete bladder emptying

: Since certain hormones in early pregnancy are a cause of urinary frequency and since you're still under the influence of those hormones it may take more days for resolution of that symptom provided you don't have a bladder infection.

: Unknown. You'll have to wait about a week after a missed period to take a HPT. Abortion is not a form of contraception. Use appropriate contraception to avoid pregnancy and STDs.

: Pull out is not a reliable method for contraception.
Repeat the pregnancy test in 4-5 days. Use first morning urine and follow instructions for the test carefully. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time, every time. You may consider implanted contraceptive, or IUD.
