Doctor can evaluate: A doctor will want details about frequent urination such as if it happens only while awake, or also throughout the night; if there is lots of urine each time, or just a little bit; if there is a sense of not fully emptying, or the person thinks she's completely emptying; etc... If symptoms only happen in the daytime, they might be diet (types/quantity of drinks) related or anxiety related.

Treat infection: PSA level may be elevated from prostatitis and that needs to be treated first. Once the infection has subsided, PSA needs to be repeated and may need to be done multiple times to ascertain the issue. If PSA remains elevated, a biopsy may be needed to settle the matter.

Infection?: It certainly sounds as if you have the beginnings of some type of an infection whether it be a viral respiratory ailment or more likely a urinary tract type of problem which not infrequently occurs after having had sexual relations especially in women with short urethras.

NEEDS EVALUATION: You have symptoms which may indicate xss a urinary tract infection. The urine could just be you're dehydrated, but it is as likely you have a urinary tract infection. You absolutely need evaluation today, and make sure they check your  urine and culture it. This cannot wait until after the holidays - you could be quite I'll by VFC then. If needed, go to ER. Drink lots of fluids!

You : You need a complete gynecological evaluation.  There are a variety of diagnoses that could cause these symptoms.  "dysfunctional uterine bleeding", is a possibility that can be caused by fluctuations in hormones.  Fibroids, which are noncancerous growths in the uterus can cause heavy bleeding.  Be sure that your pap smears are up to date.  As you are also having severe pain, then you need a complete gynecological evaluation.  If you have greater than 3 pads in an hour, if you feel light headed or faint, or if you have worsening of your pain then you must be seen as an emergency.

Concerning: Your description is worrisome. You need to see your doctor who will do a proper examination, and see if further evaluation is indicated, such as a colonoscopy or ct scan. Be sure to take a list of your medications and medical/surgical history. Be prepared to give the doctor a detailed family history as well. Don't delay.

Check preg test: Home pregnancy tests are very accurate. They are the same tests used in a doctors office. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.  If you doubt the result you can repeat it in 1-2 days. If you were pregnant the hormone level would rise enough for detection.

Fevers : Fevers for the most part aren't dangerous and are just the body's natural reaction to fighting off an infection. Most of these infections are viral and may be accompanied by runny nose, sore throat, congestion, mild rash, or nothing at all. Since fevers aren't dangerous, we usually treat the fever with Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen just to make the child more comfortable as their body fights the illness.

"red flags" that we look for with fever to indicate something more serious is going on are: 
-fevers that last 5 days or more 
-fevers persistently above 104f orally 
-a child that acts very sick - very irritable or difficult to wake 
-difficulty breathing 
-vomiting, diarrhea, refusal to drink, or dehydration (no urination in 8 hours) 
-a purple rash, esp on the legs 
-stiff neck 
-any complaints of pain such as the ear, throat, stomach or a joint 
-worsening symptoms

as always, use your judgement. If you think that your child is ill, err on the side of caution and call your child's doctor.
