Yes,more info please: Yes, it's free, but it would help us to know more about your ache. Most chest pain is unrelated to the heart but related to muscles/connective tissue. This is likely if the pain is related to motion, position, breathing and/or is sore to the touch. Problems with the lining of the lungs (the pleura) or esophagus can cause it too. We all answer: For free, there is no fee at least as i know for me. Sometimes the questions are out of our expertise and we skip, hoping that someone specialized for your question will answer it.  Sometimes, the questions are pushed down in order so we don't get to see them. Sorry, but if i see your question and i feel comfortable with it, i always answer.

: Basically. There are subtle genetic differences between different populations that affect physiology but you learn about those as well

please answer! what muscles does the machine press work compared to free weight bench press?

See below: if you are using machine for bench press you tend to isolate out several muscles. if you are using free weights, you need many more muscles to stabilize your upper body. therefore you get a more "total body" workout when you use free weights in general.

i am in menopause and my testosterone levels are 11 total  and .7 free  is this low?  my dr. doesn't  know anything about menopause couldn't answer me

See a specialist: There are menopause specialists who are trained and interested in this.
Go to Menopause.org, and look for one in your area.
There are no easy answers, one would need to look at all the hormone levels, and, depending on your goals, address them.

BONE PAIN: is not seen in osteoporosis unless you suffer a fracture.  If your vit D is normal, nothing else to do but you seek a reason for your pains outside your bones

Must supplement: I admire vegans who undertake this for moral reasons, and some of them claim to feel much healthier. A gluten-free diet indisputably relieves celiac sprue and dermatitis herpetiformis and there is a minority belief that people not affected with these illnesses may improve their health by going gluten-free. Discuss this with your physician / dietician and don't force it on your children.

Difficult: My friend, the only way you can eat a low carb, low fat, wheat free diet is to consume little other than water. So, yes, it would be very good for weight loss.  Addendum: a liquid protein diet would meet your criteria but has been shown to be dangerous with associated deaths. Don't do it.
