Maybe normal: Those measurements may or may not be normal. In your case, the uterus doesn't always shrink back to a smaller size when twins are delivered. On the other hand, if uterine fibroids are small and seen on the ultrasound this would not be a normal size uterus.

Technology!: You can actually tell the gender of almost any pregnancy, single or twins by 16 weeks gestation if the ultrasonographer is experienced.

Q: my twin boy g6pd results is 0.3 and 0.4 they are 10 days old and delivered at 37 week of pregnancy. ..what food should i avoid? is this result danger?

Get explanation: It's not clear what units are in use, so i can't tell you whether this is a severe case (rare, serious restrictions) or a mild case ("no fava beans and watch out for some antimalarial meds.") find out which, and don't complicate your kids' lives more than you need to especially if it's the mild type, which is extremely common.

Q: i suffered pprom at 16 weeks in my twin gestation and lost my boys at 25 weeks. in my next pregnancy should my cervix be stitched/sewn?

Not necessarily.: It depends on your other obstetrical outcomes too; your history does not mean you have an incompetent cervix that merits cervical cerclage placement. I am sorry you had such a bad outcome with your previous pregnancy, however if you have a singleton pregnancy next time your risk should be back at baseline (11-12% for the U.S.). Take Folic Acid 1-5 mg daily from now on to prevent sptd.

Q: my first pregnancy was fraternal twins, im now 6 weeks pregnant. can i have lost a twin and that cause my levels to drop and rise again?

Yes: An early twin failure is not uncommon especially since you are at higher risk for fraternal twins.

Q: is walking for 60 min per day at week 21 okay still with a twin pregnancy or is it too long?

Definitely okay: So long as your doctor has not told you that there is a reason you should not be walking or exercising in pregnancy, walking is great. Even 60 min a day. Exercise in pregnancy actually decreases your risks in pregnancy, so that's great you're committed to a healthy pregnancy. If you were to bleed/spot or start cramping, let your doctor know, asap. Twice as many babies: Because the number of babies is doubled, the uterus grows larger faster; this will typically lead to a premature delivery at <37 weeks.  There are also increased risks of pregnancy complications such as pre-eclampsia.  Delivery route can also be affected if the first twin is not head down.  If the first baby is head down, then a vaginal delivery of both twins can usually be performed.
