Delayed period.: Chronic illnesses, or an illness , stress, anxiety, etc. can delay a period if the pregnancy test is negative. Spotting after a pelvic exam could be normal if there is no cervicitis  or trauma to the cervix or hormonal problem  or cancer.

See a doctor: Blood in the urine is not normal and could signal infection or stone, among other possibilities. Your  symptoms suggest inflammation of the urinary tract. Your doctor can help sort this out.

Late light menses?: Occasional irregular menses are common and of little concern medically if the patient is not pregnant.  But cramping not relieved by otc meds should be evaluated as should prolonged or heavy irregular menses. As always  persistent problems deserve evaluation by your gynecologist.

If you are worried about an STD.....you must get tested and then, all partners treated if you are positive.  But my first move would be the pregnancy test..

Late period: Reasons for missed/late periods: low body weight, obesity, marked weight ^ or v, over-exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, ^ stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems (i.e. PCOS). #1 reason is pregnancy.

Normal variation: For a woman who usually has regular periods to occasionally be late or early with a period is common and is usually just normal variation.  Sometimes hormones are off and she will totally skip a period, but if they come back regular likely not a problem.  If periods get more irregular then could be a thyroid or prolactin problem, stress, gaining or losing weight as a cause, for instance.

Jump start period: Anovulation (absence of ovulation) is the second most common cause of missed period in the women of fertile age. Pregnancy test is expected to be negative in that case. I recommend you see your doc, as you will need an exam to rule out other potential causes. If everything looks "benign", you will need your periods jump started with some hormonal pills such as Provera (medroxyprogesterone) 10 mg x 10 days.

Go see a doctor: 1. Make sure you aren't pregnant!
2. Go see a doctor
most likely you have polycystic ovarian syndrome, treatment is usually birth control pills/patch/ring or iud and/or metformin and/or weight loss if you are overweight.

3. Bacterial vaginosis is not a big deal unless you are pregnant and have a history of premature babies. Otherwise, it's just a nuisance. But can be treated but you need an rx.
