: If the foreskin is not reddened,swollen or very itchy and the glans ( tip) of the penis looks normal, at this time I can't think there's any pathology going on. Keep an eye on it to detect subsequent changes though.

: Stop apply talc (can be irritating in closed space like beneath foreskin). Perhaps try some soothing lotion like lanolin, aquaphor or hand cream (or nothing at all).

Clinic exam: Although the burning red blotches on your foreskin could be due to friction it is also possible they are infected. A local infection of this nature would of course be very uncomfortable and could spread. I suggest you go to a medical clinic as soon as possible to have the red blotches examined at this time. Treatment options should than be discussed.

Urologist: The problem may be the tight foreskin( phimosis) as well as inadequate lubrication of your partner's vagina. This friction can irritate your foreskin and penis tip. I recommend consulting a urologist to determine whether a circumcision is advisable or whether there is any foreskin disease. In the meantime have your partner and you use a lubricant like KY jelly or white Vaseline.

Yes: It will depend on how and how often you are masturbating.  Skin is skin and friction can separate the top layer of skin from the base layers and a blister can form.  To prevent this from happening, use a good lubricant (there are many made specifically for sexual practices) and try to limited use of materials (can lubricate them--ie cloth, plastic and others) and try to cut back on your activity;.

Lube can enhance sexual pleasure.

Tincture of time: First, this is what NOT to do. Do not continue intercourse or other vaginal stimulation until it heals. Do not place oil based ointments, lubricants, pads, or commercial products on the area. DO see a MD who can provide a safe Rx specific for treating the area if it is a "friction burn". Many time these issues will heal on their own if left to Mother Nature over time.
