Anti-fungal: Cream doesn't shrink your foreskin. Maybe some inflammation and swelling has occurred  in the tissue due to the infection.

Normal: Torn area will contract ; scar causing shrinkage. You probably require prescription strength steroid cream like Betamethasone or kenalog (triamcinolone) so that foreskin can loosen. Am not a believer in stretching foreskin by itself to correct phimosis. Other alternative is either a preputioplasty, if you wish to keep foreskin, or circumcision.

: If you got the foreskin back over the glans then you are OK. One method of loosening the foreskin is gradually moving back on the glans using a good lubricant a little bit further each time over several weeks, till it can move with ease make sure the foreskin is always brought forward to cover the glans. The other choice is circumcision. One episode like yours does not damage anything. You'l  beOK

Phimosis: Phimosis can occur at any age but as it worsens the thickening of the skin and further scarring can occur.  Sometimes it will remain stable but more often than not, circumcision is required to correct the problem.  You should talk to your physician or see a urologist.

: A hydrocoele will generally not cause "penile shrinking", but increased abdominal contractions with for example, defecation efforts may cause retraction of the visible penis into the skin folds , making it appear as "shrinking" , but this is normal and not a concern or "urgent".  If penile erection does not occur, see a urologist for an exam and guidance.

Humans have foreskin: The foreskin normally covers the end of the penis in every normal newborn boy. Foreskin gradually loosens between ages 5 and 16 years, and there is no rush to do that. After loosening, the foreskin can slide back and forth. When loose enough, it slides behind the glans during erections. The foreskin protects the glans of the penis from getting dried out, desensitized, injured, etc...
