Adhesions or ?bridge: Foreskin can remain attached to glans by adhesions if was never retractable.  Penile skin bridging is a complication of circumcision where circumcisin scar is attached to glans abraison &amp; this "skin bridge" becomes epithelialized. In which case remaining foreskin &amp; glans skin have grown together. Worth seeing a urologist to take care of this.

Foreskin: While it is normal for the foreskin to attach to the glans penis by the frenulum on the underside (ventrally),  it is not normal to attach anywhere else.  These may be glandular adhesions.  It is sometimes necessary to release these surgically.

: 3 steps: Cure infection with clotrimazole based cream, then allow time for healing of post infected skin (up to 10 days), use desitin or other barrier to allow area to heal without scarring. In the meantime, do not have unprotected sex (you are much more susceptible to STD's) and avoid any abrasive actions that may disturb the newly growing skin.

Skin bridging is a complication of early childhood circumcision where scar between original inner ; outer foreskin is fused to head of penis. Suggest you consult a urologist because foreskin should not remain stuck to glans.
