Sinusitis: Sinusitis usually causes pain and pressure, not numbness.  If there is swelling, you can get a feeling of numbness, however.

Sens. nerv pathology: The skin is supplied by supra orbital and supra trochlear nerves. An injury to the nerves in forehead or some pathology in the orbit on that side can explain this numbness. See a neurologist.

See a neurologist: If symptoms are persistent for weeks, then something is pressing supra orbital nerve either in orbit or cranial cavity. Evaluation and MRI of orbit and brain may be needed.

Sounds like: a branch of your TRIGEMINAL nerve and it may represent a sensory "Bell's Palsy"
Discuss with your PCP re: possible referral to a Neurologist!

Scalp numbness: Let your doctor know, you may need to have your temporal artery checked, it goes along the temple and may cause headaches too. This needs a doctor evaluation..

Tingle: Could be irritation of the supraorbital nerve. Make sure you've had your regular cancer screenings recommended for age. Very very rarely numbness in single nerve location on face is a presenting symptom for cancer. Very rare.

Facial twitching/TMJ: TMJ can cause ocular pressure/ discomfort. Twitching is less described  Would check for Lyme , herpes   especially if you have cold sores, rarely vascular of CNS in a young person and discuss MS. F/u w/ doctor.

A number of : "systemic" (whole body) disorders can appear with NEURITIS as ONE of a number of inflammatory condtions (Example systemic LUPUS) Since these disorders are all TREATABLE would strongly suggest a complete RHEUMATOLOGY evaluation!  Hope this is helpful!'
