Assuming long-term &amp; no fevers, fibromyalgia, FM, which has this symptom constellation, is within differential diagnosis. Prolonged inactivity, due to chronic disorders like RA can potentiate via global soft tissue deconditioning/widespread spasms. Rheumatologist ?

AC joint: Sounds like your acromioclavicular joint. There are exercises you can do for this online. Icing helps. Avoid over-the-shoulder exercises.

Elbow pain. : I don’t see what diagnosis is being treated, but based on what you described it does seem that your treatment regimen needs escalation. Have you had an MRI?  Depending on what’s going on, surgery may be a possibility.

Pinched nerve: This sounds like it could be a pinched nerve in the cervical spine, which can cause radiating pain down the neck into the shoulder and down the arm.  Alternatively, there could be shoulder pathology causing similar symptoms.  Even upper lung pathology can cause similar symptoms.  This can be difficult to differentiate so see a physician if symptoms persist.

See a doctor: You should see a doctor get a check up. You might need radiology study to find out the cause. Your problem could be muscle strain, bone injury, neck problem or other etiology.

Ouch! I feel for you: See your Dr for help w/ this. You might be experiencing allergic reactions to the stings on top of their own impact. An exam may lead to medications that will fight the inflammatory response and other benefits too. Obviously, try to avoid that sort of exposure in the future. Best!

Shoulder pain: Pain from the shoulder complex represents 4 separate joints as well as the possibility of the pain being referred from the neck. The best way to determine the etiology of the pain is a good history followed by a comprehensive neuromusculoskelatal  evaluation. If this is normal the the examination would be expanded to include the chest and diaphragm as causes of the pain. See a md/do for eval.

Needs to be checked: It needs to be checked by your doctor or a neurologist.We need detailed History and Phtsical Exam including Complete neurological exam and if indicated may need some tests like imaging and nerve conduction studies etc.It may be coming from the cervical spine or local problem in the arm.Needs to be checked
