It sounds to me: like you are trying to describe a loss, not total, or change of sensation when you touch your head/scalp. This would typically result if there was injury (cut, laceration) that impacted the nerve supplying this area. Perhaps that area of your scalp is especially sensitive to a hair product/shampoo, etc. Change to a non-irritating shampoo, watch and wait. If symptoms intensify or expand, see Doc!

Depends: Depending on the location and how big the area- it could be due to a number of things 
If there are other issues going on like headache, rashes or fever then you need to see a doctor
Certain things you put on your skin can cause this and also a bad sunburn

TENDINITIS : You may have post traumatic tendinitis . I would recommend a wrist brace and Aleve (naproxen) with food for 3-5dys. If it worsens see your doctor for X-ray to R/O a stress fracture.

None: Spider bites do not usually cause these symptoms.  Anxiety could. It would be extremely rare that a black widow bite could cause these symptoms, but as I stated earlier, the typical black widow symptoms is severe pain.  Usually in the abdomen.  Not extremity numbness.
