It is flatulence.: Are you obese. Any gall stone disease you have before. Have any heart burn, gastritis /peptic ulcer disease as they can cause flatulence. If you take alcohol it can cause pancreas- inflammation , which is a gland secreting hormones needed for digesting proteins, lipids and carbohydrates and also other special hormones -insulin and glucagon. See whether you have any belly pain, belching.See ur PCP
