Neuropathy: Is a possible cause for the sensations you describe. Medical conditions can cause neuropathy. It might also be due to spinal issues or be a local problem such as tarsal tunnel syndrome. See a doctor for a proper diagnosis.

Vibration Feeling: This is just a description of the sensation and could be from a circulation problem or a nerve problem.
It could also be from nothing none and many patients have this without any underlying condition.
Have a good neurological exam from your gp or from a neurologist.

Uncertain: Do the muscles Twitch?   If not  this might  be paresthesias. You can discuss wiht your physicains - if the muscles  twitch then  this could be muscular  or nerve.

If both feet tingle, this may be a symptom of an underlying problem like diabetes, anemia or something else. Splinter?: I doubt there is anything to worry about.  If you don't see an open sore or sign of irritation (swelling, redness), I would expect this sensation to pass.  Of course, look at your feet frequently to check for anything unusual.

Usually nerve: "burning" is most commonly caused by a nerve, either mechanical, like a nerve compression in the foot, leg or lower back, or from a metabolic disease like diabetes or anemia.  If both feet burn, it's more likely metabolic, but if one foot burns, it's probably something local.  But if you smell smoke... Run!

seriously, go see a podiatrist if it's only one foot, or a neurologist if it's both.
