Could be arthritis: Dorothy, sounds like you may have some degenerative arthritis of the neck and shoulders. Or it could also be rheumatoid. I would follow with your primary care doctor.

Sounds: like you have internal "derangement"(= cartilage tear) in your knee  joint and the instability is remedied by overusing muscles in your thigh!
You should have these symptoms evaluated and I see you are a US resident...why no insurance..apply for insurance via The Affordable Health Care Act ("Obamacare") depending upon your State you will be offered low cost or no cost insurance)

my veins are popping out of my foot by my ankle, and my foot becomes numb occasionally. what is going on? my lower leg tingles too.

i was massaging top of my foot near big toe and felt something pop.. the being bulged and i can see blue now and my foot is tingling and its hard to bend big toe without use of hands ?

You most likely: broke a small blood vessel in the skin or subcutaneous tissue and then bled into the area. Nothing more serious than that. The blood loss and subsequent swelling (hematoma) is probably disrupting your normal motor function. Elevate the foot and use cool compresses. It will resolve in a few weeks.

was walking fast in the rain, stepped down and felt pop in calf muscle. it hurt a lot last night, i could walk but iced and took ib. foot tingling.

Partial tear: Usually this history means a partial tear of one the calf muscles. The medial head of the gastrocnemius is the most common. Tingling may just be from some swelling around the nerve. I expect that to resolve within a few days. Rest, ice a calf sleeve and wearing supportive shoes with heels should all help you. Don't stretch it. Ibuprofen optional. Healing usually in 2-6 weeks.

Tendon displacement.: Several of the tendons crossing the ankle joint can be displaced out of there usual track. You could have an injury to the Achilles tendon. You need to be examined by an orthopedic surgeon. Achilles tendon injuries can go on to rupture and require surgery. Don't put off evaluation.

Have it evaluated.: It is common for one to experience pain for several months following an ankle injury.  Popping may indicate ligamentous or tendinous injury.  An MRI may be of benefit in diagnosing your pathology.

Wrong diagnosis: "Athlete foot" generally refers to fungus infection. It is very unlikely to involve just 1 toe. You will best resolve this by exam at a dermatologist. You need a precise diagnosis so you will know what to expect and how to proceed.

Not typical MS: Firstly MRI is imaging of choice for ms, not ct. Secondly, symptoms you describe are very non-specific. Head tension and popping ears are definitely atypical. If it's not ms, what does your neurologist think it is? If you don't get a satisfactory answer, get a second opinion.

Many things: Including things that have nothing to do with the feet, like a pinched nerve in the lower back or leg.  If both feet tingle, this may be a symptom of an underlying problem like diabetes, anemia or something else. I'd start with seeing your pmd who can recommend an appropriate specialist after an initial work-up.  Feel better!
