Use condoms: You can remove the obvious warts with laser/freeze them or burn them with various chemicals. They can also disappear on their own in time. However, this family of viruses is capable of reappearing anytime and can shed without obvious warts. Condoms can help prevent transmission but is not 100%.It is possible you will never shed virus or have recurrence, but this germ may be with you for life

Correct: The Virus that can cause genital warts dose not go away.  While the warts have been removed the virus is still present.  In addition the HPV virus can cause cervical cancer as well as anal cancer.

: Facial warts are unusual in adults. Is she immune deficient? At risk for HIV or tested for it? Indirect contact (i.e. shared objects) are unlikely to be a risk for transmission, but direct could be, and she should be very careful if she holds your baby -- and no kissing the baby. If she is immune deficient, perhaps a high HPV viral load, i.e. easier transmission. Discuss w/ baby's doctor.

Very difficult: Most topical treatments you can get over the counter usually are not very effective.  The same goes for home therapy. Plantar warts ( on the bottom of the foot) are difficult to get rid of without help. See your podiatrist to discuss options. The most effective treatment is to excise the wart. It can be performed in the office under local anesthesia. Dr l.

Not that important: Plantar warts are not dangerous and removal is not important unless causing you pain with walking etc..They do get harder to remove as they get larger, but otherwise it is not a dangerous thing to have on your foot.
U can try some otc product such compound-w etc...

Quite broad question: All the conditions you are asking about can be examined by a podiatrist.  The cause of each and the appropriate treatment is not the same for all.  Warts are viruses resulting in a skin lesion.  Calluses/corns are your skin's way of protecting itself from pressure.  Blisters are breaks/peels in the skin resulting from friction but can be the result of internal injury/inflammation.  Get checked.
