Loose stools: Dairy products are not recommended for patients with diarrhea,so curd will not be a good choice, you can give rice, apple, bananas &amp; keep him hidrated with clear fluids such as pedialyte.  Good luck.

Get a check up: You are having diarrhea along with itching.  This may related to acute hepatitis-a virus infection or amebic gastro-enteritis.   Please contact your doctor for a thorough exam.

DIARRHEA: Give him tea, rice, bananas, crackers to make his stools hard. Pedialyte, sprite and jello liguid to replenish fluid loss. If not interested to eat see md for IV fluids.

Probably ok: Not sure why you have indigestion or diarrhea but usually it is diet related.  In general when this occurs, it is best to eat bland food, that is soft and easily digestible. Oats fall in that category.  Papayas too if you dont have any allergies to this fruit or sugar problems since it is a high glycemic fruit.

Food intolerance: These symptoms are vague, you are young so don't assume the worst. You could be having intolerance to foods, the most common culprits being dairy, gluten,  soy...  In any case, trying an elimination diet could give you information on which foods make your symptoms worse.  I would recommend a functional medical doctor to help you.

Irritable bowel: Your symptoms could be due to irritable bowel syndrome.  Food allergy is another possible diagnosis. Stress is known to make irritable bowel syndrome worse.

Gastroenteritis.: This sounds like acute gastroenteritis - nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pains, fever, chills and sweats are all possible components of this.  Could be viral or food-borne, perhaps something you ate that may have been undercooked or mishandled.  Typically lasts 3-5 days.  If it gets much worse, or if it lasts longer than that, see a doctor.  Just drink fluids and lighter fare.
