Itchy skin: Most common cause of itch all over is dry skin.  If moisturizing with a fragrance-free cream, switching to a gentle soap like dove for sensitive skin or cetaphil bar, and not using a washcloth/sponge/scrubbie does not help the itch very quickly, please see your dermatologist.  There are many causes of allover itch that does not have a rash that need to be investigated as soon as possible.

Allergy : May be allergy related stay away from foods that causes it and try taking a non sedating  antihistamine before exercising or going out in the hot sun. Good Luck

Itchy throat: your symptoms are likely due to allergies which may be food related. It's not about what foods to eat but what foods to avoid thAt may be causing the irritation. Keep a diary of your diet to identify the likely offenders and then exclude them from your diet.

Itchy nose: An itchy nose can be due to inflammation, infection, irritants or allergy.  Most likely related to something you have been breathing in, for example pollen.

Anal itch: Spicey foods can irritate the anorectal area.Another possibility is a perianal dermatitis.  After wiping following a bowel movement, apply warm soaks to the anus, pat dry and apply a cortisone type cream(may burn) or ointment(doesn't burn).  If itching persists, consult your physician or a proctologist.

my husband has constantly itchy, burning anus . not a lot of spicy foods. he is 61 years old and has never has colonoscopy. what could be the cause?

Depens (penicillamine): Some times perianal itching has an underlying cause such as hemorrhoids, fissure, fistulars, certain skin conditions. Many times there is no obvious cause. Itching in and of itself is not an indication for a colonoscopy but being over 50 is.

Depends : Some people get a spotty rash like what you described when they are nervous or flushed.   Others might get the same kind of rash with changes in temperature.

Ulcer,salivary gland: Could be a number of things but if it consistently happens more often when you eat those foods and then it goes away or gets smaller in an hour it could be glandular. You should see your dentist or an oral surgeon 
If it stays sore for 7-10 days it could be an ulceration

Inflammed papillae: Most likely taste bud or papillae on your tounge have bcome inflammed due to a prior burn, cut, viral infection, or bacterial infection.   Inflamed  papillae are very common symptom and not one that should cause overwhelming concern. If you have a high fever and other symptoms of infection then you should contact your doctor.  Cold viruses, flu viruses, hpv , herpes viruses can cause this symptom.
