Don't know: Never heard of "triangle wires."  orthodontists use rectangular wires to control the torque of the roots of the teeth.  They use triangular elastics to help teeth in opposite jaws to settle into each other.  Never heard of triangular wires, however.  If you can give more information i would be interested.
