Need a semen analysi: Every man has a differnt count, but he can get a semen anaysis by an infert specialist, don't send him to a regular lab , reg lab is not as good as going to an infert specialist.

: Why would you want a particular thickness in ejaculate? As long as you can have sex, ejaculate and have no problems with sterility dont worry about the consistency of semen

Component of semen.: The ejaculate, or semen, is made up of sperm from the testicles & fluids from the seminal vesicles, the prostate, and the bulbourethral glands. The seminal fluid is a viscous fluid rich in fructose, making up the bulk of semen. The prostate adds a thin white fluid containing enzymes, citric acid, and lipids. The bulbourethral glands add a clear fluid. Ejaculation is the act of discharging semen.

A  total ejaculate volume of 80 million  
At least 50% should be motile one hour after ejaculation
More than 14% should have normal heads -

The progression of the sperm, best measured using an automated system, 
is rated on a basis from zero (no motion) to 4, with 3-4 representing good motility. 
If less than half of the sperm are motile, a stain is used to identify the percentage of dead sperm. 
This is called a sperm viability test.
Agglutination of sperm occurs when sperm stick together in a specific and consistent manner (head to head, tail to tail, etc.) suggesting an immunologic cause to infertility. 
Clumping of sperm in a nonspecific manner may be due to bacterial infection or tissue contamination.

Prostate massage: When the large stool passing out, you prostate sitting right in front of your rectum is getting massaged.  That may produce seminal fluid, which is normal.  Prostate enlargement is unlikely to present in your young age.
