there is good stuck in my wisdom tooth socket, i think my stitch may have came out to soon and i do not has a syringe to get the food out?

Wisdom tooth socket: How many days since the extraction? Stitch is mostly important for the first day or so and you can still just rinse out thoroughly without a syringe. Call the dentist, explain the issues and ask whether or not you need to be seen.

Irrigate socket: Gently with a plastic curved tip syringe (monojet) available from most oral surgeons. Water pik at very gentle setting will work too.

Get socket cleaned: see a dentist and get the socket cleaned out so that normal healing can occur

Ensure, etc: Smoothies , shakes, nutrition drinks (Ensure,etc) are good too...just don't use a straw for the first few days as it may cause the blood clot to come out and can result in a dry socket. And drink plenty of fluids to stay hydrated.

is it true that a bone graft accelerates healing after a wisdom tooth extraction because food can't get into the socket and there is less risk of dry socket? if so, why isn't grafting more common for easier recoveries?

: I was told to wait till gums had healed to make certain bone was OK under neath. Also may not even need an implant if you can chew OK.  Save some big bucks

Blood clot or food: After about a week, the red blood cells start to wash out of the clot and it can look yellowish or white.This is normal. Alternatively, it may be food getting in the socket. If you can't rinse it out or you are concerned, see the dentist/surgeon who took the tooth out to check it out.

Food impaction: Food can easily become lodged in the area where the wisdom tooth was removed. If this is associated with increased ache pain, it may be a dry socket infection developing. See your dentist if these symptoms don't get better.

Probably Not: Depends on whether they are stitches that dissolve on their own and how long it has been since the surgery.  If it's been over 14 days, you may be able to remove them, but ask your dentist.
