allerg: The title wouldn't let me type in allergic.  You are likely having an anaphylactic reaction to beans and need to avoid them. One need to rule out peanut allergy as well and you need to consider having epinephrine autoinjector at all times in case of accidental exposure to beans.  Consult an allergist since you likely have nasal and/or respiratory allergies as well.

See a doctor: Do not start yourself on antibiotics without seeing a professional and establishing a diagnosis.  Antibiotics are not harmless.

Hours to days: Did you eat anything that may have started all this. Depending on the kind of bacteria/virus, the length can be variable lasting from 24hrs to a few days. Increase fluids, electrolytes and go see the doctor for full work up. Anti nausea medications are warranted if you can't tolerate any thing by mouth

is it ok to take amoxicilin for salmonelia or food poisoning to keep having watery poop?

No it is not unless : It is not a good idea without knowing what is the cause of food poisoning or if it is salmonella proved by culture
watery poop can be due to many reasons.The commonest is viral infection, next e coli infection, or shigella
most of these infections are self limiting, and all you need is fluids to prevent the dehydration
antibiotics should only be taken if prescribed by your physician after culture don.

Vomiting : Vomiting and diarrhea can occur with food poisoning.  They can also occur with gastroenteritis (stomach flu) or other intestinal causes.  If a patient had persistent vomiting, persistent diarrhea, blood in the stool, fever, or abdominal pain, then they should consult with their physician.
