Accepted Answer

Yes, however...: Yes, certain types of health problems are more common in certain blood types- for example, type o's have a higher risk of peptic ulcers but type a's have greater risk of stomach cancer. But we have thousands of genes ; to base your whole diet on a single gene makes no sense to me.

ABO blood types: A positive persons have "a" antigens on their blood cells, b-positive have "b". And ab positive have both. "o" blood cells have neither.

Probably: Your lifestyle, compliance, diet, metabolic needs, and stress all play into how "tight" you can control your sugar. Ideally, your diabetic sugar control should approximate a non-diabetic's. You are allowed "bad days, " though--if your hgba1c is in-range, then an occasional abnl--even on test day--is ok. Talk w/your doctor.

Rh : Rh antigens are present in every blood. You would need to be more specific. Also, they blood type (a, b, ab, 0) is not connected/related to the rh + or rh - types; they are inherited independently.

I : I am not sure about  those nausea and faint feelings but there is little doubt that you have diabetes if your sugar was above 200 randomly. Nausea and feeling faint are not typical symptoms of diabetes.

But you might feel better once you have that diagnosis confirmed and you get your sugar/diabetes under control. Check in with your doctor to get a fasting glucose measurement, hemoglobin a1c, other chemistries and an exam to check blood pressure, pulse etc. Take care and i hope you don't stop walking see the link below.

??: What does that mean?  There is no such thing as specific foods for certain blood types. If you have some chronic disease or take a medication, there may be restrictions on foods but not simply for having a specific blood type.
