Yes: Try different types of iron since this is a common side effect.  Slow release iron is better; adding more kale/spinach/collards are a great source of iron;  using fiber, miralax, (polyethylene glycol) magnesium from over the counter to prevent the constipation are options.

Why: Why would you purchase a dangerous substance with uncontrolled concentrations of Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) and Pseudoephedrine online?  Ephedrine (ephedrine sulfate) is banned in us, so you cannot buy it legally there. Many legitimate medicines are sold online only to find that they are sham products. Imagine what could happen with dangerous plants like s cordifilia or ma huang.

Accepted Answer

Yes,  qualified : Folic acid is metabolized to methyl folate. In some individuals this step is inefficient and metylfolate may be a better choice. Some people have adverse reactions to high dose folic acid.  Biotin is generally considered  safe. This high dose would be inappropriate during pregnancy.  Add one at  a time and listen to your body's response.

Safe  but: It's safe but not likely to be effective. What are you treating? Not heart disease! And you may increase your risk of kidney stones if you're so inclined.

Actually: I prefer Zinc Sulphate!!  HOWEVER any of the above are most likely just fine since the amount needed to replenish your total body zinc is quite low!! (Higher levels are used in medical conditions eg cold virus  control and Prostate function!

Accepted Answer

Yes: These should be fine to take in a young female such as yourself. Only a patient with iron overload (hemochromatosis, etc.) should avoid iron supplementation. Most males do not need iron supplementation, but child-bearing aged females often can benefit from these two supplements.

Most supplements: are waste of money. Despite their commercial claims to perform miracles, unless you have clinical deficiency of any mineral or vitamin supplementation offers no additional benefit

Folate (folic acid) because...: Folic acid is a synthetic chemical. It is better absorbed than folate (folic acid) in foods but our bodies need to convert it to l-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (folic acid) (l-5-mthf), the active form. About 30% of people have genetic problems converting Folic Acid to l-5-mthf so unless you know you don't have that problem (which can be discovered with a blood test) it is safest to take the l-5-mthf form.

is it safe to take glucosamine, chondroitin, msm, vitamin d, calcium citrate, multivitamin,  l arginine, l lysine, l ornthinine, prilosec together?

Should be fine: I don't see any significant problems taking all of these supplements. If you have any side effects, however, it may be a challenge to know which is the culprit. Typically, side effects from these are minimal or not existent.

If you are taking the prilosec due to the others causing GI complaints, you may want to reconsider this strategy.
