Arthritis: Osteoarthritis of the SI joints would be rare in a 30 year old. It is not a tumor but I am not certain that ank spondy is totally ruled out. Has your blood been tested for the HLA_B27 antigen? If not, do so as this is a marker for ank spondy. If you have not seen a rheumatologist, please do so.

First U need Dx.: There r many causes of synovitis, @ ur age u should c a rheumatologist. If it is due 2 over use, activity modification will help. After u get a dx, there are treatments available. Main thing is 2 r/o RA as the treatment 4 RA r different from other causes of synovitis.
