Increased interstitial markings bilaterally "MAY" reflect  in PAST inflammation or irritation (for example a CHEMICAL exposure) or in rare cases be ASSOCIATED with some chronic disorders.,, IN SHORT this should be evaluated with special imaging/ blood tests..FOLLOW your Health Provider's suggestion(s) and REMEMBER

Suggests virus: That is a common description used by the radiologist  when things are not really normal but also  not consistent with pneumonia. Realize that very early in a pneumonia, the x-ray could be clear (takes time for the body to react) so the doc must rely on symptoms/exam in addition to X-ray..Focal infiltrate would be what they look for to call it pneumonia.

Not much to go: on here but there are discrete areas in your lungs of scar formation. Please discus further with the ordering physician or your primary care doc. This may be nothing that will ever bother you, however,I do not know anything more about your case. They do.

: The wording indicates scarring from an older process, often tuberculosis in the upper lungs and part of the breathing muscle stuck to the lower lung. What this means in an individual must be determined by the doc who is treating the patient and has all the relevant information.

Most likely OK: Small pleural based nodule is most likely a granuloma (left over from prior infection) but could conceivably be a small cancer. You will most likely be followed with ct, especially if you are a smoker. If there is no growth it is probably just a small granuloma and no biopsy is necessary. Biapical pleural parenchymal scarring is very common, but may also be followed. Calcific densities r likely ok.

: You may upload the report and image during a virtual consult with HT. From your description there may be inflammation or infection in the right lower lobe. This finding should be correlated with clinical symptoms, and the image may take weeks to resolve. If you have COVID 19 or TB risk factors, please obtain screening. Watch for fever, difficulty breathing and sputum production.

Get follow up: Worry does not usually help but certainly be concerned enough to get the follow up that is recommended by your physician. Understand that there are many findings on mammograms that turn out to be benign. Make sure you get the follow up to find out if it is serious or not.

Depends: Nipples are subject to skin conditions as anywhere on the body.  Try moisurizing with something gentle.  Consider coconut oil.  If no improvement or continues then have it examined by a doctor
