Normal: If it does not resolve in a week, call your doctor to see what options you may have regarding this increased pain.  Although uncommon, it can happen and usually will go away on its own.

This is dependent on: The diagnosis for which the injection is being given and on the technique used, i.e., image guided.  In general, 50% experience good relief and the rest do not with a 1-2% rate of a spinal headache and equivalent percent or less feeling temporarily worse for a day or two.

Depends on any use : Of medication and whether you have any issues in terms of a possible spinal headache which can occur in about 2% of those having an epidural injection.  If you have no headaches, you are tolerating a normal diet and you have recovered from any sedation medication given and are not taking any meds that may interact with alcohol along with having no medical reasons not to, a beer should be ok.

Yes: It is not unusual after such injections to feel some pain in different areas initially.

Nerve irritation: This may be part of the problem for which you have the injection.  Also, positioning during the injection may have irritated that neck nerve that is not causing the pain.  Please have it evaluated by a family physician and a specialist in rehabilitation medicine.

Anesthesia including: epidural is not without any complication but it should not be so late after injection. The cramps may be not due to the epidural but the cause of the medical problem which required epidural steroid injection. Check with your doctor.

No: This is not the usual outcome  check back with doctor a few hours of numbness is normal, buttocks dosent make sense for site of injectionl3-4 is front of thigh L3 can be groin.

Possibly: The incidence of facial swelling after an epidural steroid injection may be as high as 10%. It's mediated by the release of histamine and ige (immunoglobulin e), is not usually serious, and is self-limited (24-48 hours at most).

No.: We doctors have a saying: "when you hear hoofbeats, don't think of zebras." in other words, common things occur much more commonly than rare things. Serotonin syndrome is rare, and typically occurs immediately after taking a drug, not 1.5 months later. The most likely cause of a fever and palpitations is a viral illness. Let your doctor examine you, to put your mind at ease.
