Palpitation?: Often caused by chest wall muscle twitch or an extra beat or two from the heart. Unless this is associated with some other serious symptom it is benign.

Need eval: The symptoms you have need eval due to possible cardiac cause.  This can be from leaky valve or other issue.  In addition there are conditions like thyroid problems and electrolyte abnormalities ( abn potassium, sodium or calcium etc.  Anxiety can also cause these type of symptoms.   Recommend at minimum and ECG and labs but may need echo and or holter monitor.

Pelvic pain: Pelvic pain is complex as there are several organs in the pelvis. The ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, bladder, appendix, intestines, colon and rectum can all be the source. Pelvic pain requires and examination to help organize the evaluation.

VV syncope.: Test suggests vasovagal syncope.  But tilt table has low sensitivity, specificity and reproducibility.  Need a good doc who can interpret these results in your clinical context.

NOT TO WORRY: If you have been told that you have a normal heart (the conduction defect is fairly common and generally not harmful as a "stand alone" finding. You still have a POWERFUL heart beat producer in your VENTRICLES if complete heart block ever occurs!

Skip beats : Skip beats of various types are quite common and may be due to an irregular heart rhythm most of which are benign in nature but some ard a bit more serious . See your doctor to figure out what you have.

Possibly: Bradycardia = heart rate &lt;50/min.  Lopressor may be causing the slow heart rate but  can be other serious causes:

Too early : The baby is about the size of an ant at six weeks . Movement is felt around week 20. There are many medications available for nausea.
