: I think you mean the fasciculation of your left lower back muscles. You should only worry if that symptom persists then becomes widespread. Transient fasciculation is not uncommon and usually harmless. Take care!

: This appears to be an irritable lumbar muscle or superficial nerve causing twitching. Since you're not experiencing any pain at this time I doubt other pathology and I expect.it will resolve rather soon.

Be seen: I would definitely be seen as soon as possible, in part to make sure it is not a cardiac related event; you may need a stress test.

Fluttering: May be reflux, w/or w/o H pylori. May also be cardiac  as you can be normal with  rare intermittent momentary abnormal heart beats that is not captured on a static EKG. Ask about doing a holter  for at least 24 hours where you heart is monitored and you note when you are having episodes. Also  consider echocardiogram to check for mitral valve prolapse. May also consider CXR  mammogram F/u/ w/MD

Radiculopathy: see your doctor it may be a pinched nerve in your back with radiation to the front not serious  just annoying

More than 1 problem: The stomach pain is most likely caused by stomach pain. But the flutters are due to irregularities in your heart rhythm - most often in your age group: premature atrial beats (or contractions). You can feel better by avoiding caffeine, nicotine, alcohol, and getting plenty of sleep and trying stress reduction techniques (like yoga or TM). IF that fails, there are meds that can help.

i am experiencing fullness in my bladder, back pain, swollen left knee , general weakness also a fluttering feel in the vagina. in 2020 i was diagnosed with chronic cervicitis + squamous metaplasia and treated with cone biopsy. can cervicitis reoccur?

: Yes. Cervicitis is a label used to describe a process that causes irritation of the cervix. The potential causes include bacterial and viral infections among others. As long as you have a cervix you can develop a cervicitis. Whether or not that irritation is minor or a worrisome issue must be determined by an evaluation.
