Can be foreign body.: This might be many things.  It can be just irritation, or it can be from an injury to the chest/ribs, etc.  It might be pneumonia but there would be fever, etc.  Another possibility is that it could be a foreign body that was accidently swallowed and is stuck somewhere in the lungs/windpipe.  If this has been going on for a while, you should see your doctor for an xray to be sure nothing is there.

ENT surgeon: Ear, nose and throat surgeons also known as "head and neck" surgeons or "otolaryngologists" are the appropriate specialty for tracheal tumors of the upper windpipe and thoracic surgeons are the specialists who deal with tumors of the wind pipe down in the chest.

good day, i have a sore chest like from my windpipe at throat down to chest level, cough chest heaviness and a general tiredness. bit of a dry cough and sweating episodes. please advise if in need to get tested for covid?

Yes: In order to come to a firm opinion who should have a proper evaluation which can be done via telemedicine. Based on what I read alone it seems like you should be tested for COVID 19 .

Rapidly: A collapsed windpipe / trachea is a rare injury that kills by preventing the movement of air. A fit person can survive one collapsed lung provided there isn't a valve that causes pressure to build up from inhalation-exhalation (wahlberg in three kings); a respiratory cripple won't be able to get enough air. These are painful but not agonizing. If you're lost someone you have my sympathy.

Smoking: Long term smoking causes damage to ciliates epithelium of the trachea and bronchus. This in turn causes stagnant secretions, stimulating cough as well as infections. Nicotine can also cause damage to lung tissue causing cancers.

is it possible from inhaling a bug over 1 month ago- a lady bug i inhaled - lodging itself via my windpipe into my left lung tissue? does this happen?

Long gone: Your system will eliminate this quickly.  It has been long gone over this period of time.

i accidentally inhaled a singular rice into what i think was my windpipe. i didnt cough, gag, or feel like i was choking but i assume thats because a rice is so small and probably wont block the airway. does that mean the rice is stuck in my lung?

No: The rice may have been swallowed. Not likely to cause any problems. If you develop respiratory symptoms, please see your physician.
