Diaphragm mass: that mass is called your xyphoid process (small bone just distal to your sternum - totally normal finding) - flutters probably small muscle spasm - go see doctor eventually to confirm what I said

Atrial Fibrillation : It sure sounds like Atrial Fibrillation, in a 53 years old male. Not related to Esophagus, probably. It is not Esophagitis, probably. Needs to be evaluated soon, though.

Not enough info: Need much more info to guess at a Dx, but I did find walking pneumonia flash across my mind. Because the chest hopuses such important organs, it might make sense to have an exam. I hope it's nothing serious, but you'll get it at a good early stage whatever it is!

Reflux: Gerd-acid reflux, can cause heartburn, cough, and mucous accumulation in the throat as well as precipitating some asthmatic conditions. Fluttering in the chest is not a part of acid reflucx and should be checked by your physician. Lying flat down can worsen reflux. Ask your physican for medicine to inhibit acid production.

Aorta: I suspect you're feeling your aorta - very likely normal, especially if your fairly thin (?).

Zpak can cause: fatal cardiac arrhythmias.Notify your perscribing doctor immediately.Never take it again ( generic name Azithromycin ). I would also request a consult with a cardiologist to make sure you have no underlying heart disease that this medicine revealed.If you are short of breath,dizzy,nauseous,having chest pain,drenched in sweat,or have sense of impending doom,call 911. Good luck.

Variable : Heart rate is variable with atrial flutter and it can be quite difficult to control. Acceptable rate is less than 100-110. The most common heart rate without medication is about 150 beats per minute.

Not really: the only reason to use a stethoscope over a femoral pulse is to see if there is a bruit to assess for an a-v fistula

: It is likely to be originating from your skeletal muscles. Try regular aerobic exercise to improve your muscle health.
