Flutter: Atrial flutter is an abnormal heart rhythm in the top of the heart in which the top of the heart beats very fast but very regularly (as opposed to atrial fibrillation which is always irregular) and can lead to a rapid heart rate and increased risk for stroke.

Flutters: If you are experiencing an abnormal heart beat get it checked out.  Your doctor or ed can evaluate you to make sure you are ok.  It is important to make sure your electrolytes are normal.

Heart problem: Your heart is located under your left ribcage, and fluttering could a sign of a cardiac problem such as an arrhythmia.  Given your age, i would definitely recommend seeing your internist to have it evaluated.

Love: That's all, right? If your wife makes your heart flutter, then i'm glad for you both. It's physiologic and won't hurt you.  Even if a cardiologist tells you it's a "rhythm disturbance", the sort you describe doesn't  cause problems for the people that have them. As the philosopher blaise pascal said wisely, "the heart has reasons of which reason knows nothing." be glad.

: I think you mean the fasciculation of your left lower back muscles. You should only worry if that symptom persists then becomes widespread. Transient fasciculation is not uncommon and usually harmless. Take care!

Palpitations: Fluttering heartbeat is often just that, extra beats or a rapid heart rate. If you are 25 the most likely cause is anxiety or psvt (paroxysmal supra ventricular tachycardia). Sometimes made worse with stimulants or sleep deprivation. Very reasonable to obtain ekg to evaluate.
