In some cases, rosacea may also occur on the neck, chest, scalp or ears. Alcohol can cause a flare.

Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Flushing and BP meds: You should speak to your doctor about your problem and see if your medicine can be changed. There are a multitude of BP meds on the market and i quite certain that one can substituted for the medicine that is giving you problems. Give your physician call and get your problem resolved. Good luck.

Flushing : You are describing flushing which is separate from rosacea but can be seen in association with rosacea.

No: Unlikely that the Imuran (azathioprine) is causing your symptoms but YOU MUST discuss these symptoms with the Doctor who prescribed it! Its VERY important since some very rare drug reactions can cause muscle damage!

If you're talking about the blush of embarrassment this too can be difficult to manage. Getting to the roots of why you feel the way you do will help
