Please get checked: by your doctor or other health care provider who can test you for STD's and treat you. This sounds like it could be an STD until proven otherwise, even though you're giving a history of "safe sex."

Semen: Various types of visual stimulation can cause penile discharge.  I would not consider this particularly disordered.

: "Able to squeeze" implies nothing is there unless you look hard and squeeze. Clear fluid like this is normal urethral mucus, or perhaps a bit of urine.  Probably you weren't infected at the time; if you were, it's gone now. Stop looking:  if nothing is obvious without squeezing, nothing is wrong. One day was too soon for testing; even if infected, tests would be positive.

Urethritis: Azithro treats chlamydia and other causes of urethritis, but not gonorrhea or trichomonas.  The discharge with gonorrhea usually isn't watery. I'm sure you can tell the difference between urine and urethral discharge, and urine shouldn't be spontaneous. It shouldn't be semen if you're not aroused.  If you continue to have discharge and dysuria, you should get retested.

Bacterial infection?: Unusually severe herpes might do this, but the blood test result is strong evidence against it. (The IgM HSV test is poor, but the IgG component is reliable.) No other STD does this. Best guess is a bacterial infection like staph or strep, perhaps complicating an underlying dermatitis like eczema. See a doctor ASAP if you're having the problem now, or within a day or two next time it happens.

It could just be the glands prior to orgasm releasing lubricating fluid.

If this is not the situation, then see your local urologist for an evaluation.
