Treatment: D&C: You need to see your ob/gyn.  He/she needs to verify that the unborn fetus is completely gone.   Tissue fragments could lead to infection and pain/bleeding.   He may need to do a dilation and currattage.

Nothing to worry: Most likely you have cyst which is a benign condition. another unlikely possibility would be cervical narrowing which I assume was ruled out by pelvic examination and images.

Yes: This could be early pregnancy related. However, many young women have fluid in the uterine cavity at midcycle, one of the reasons that cervical mucous discharge becomes thin and heavier during ovulation.

i just had an ultrasound done a few hours ago. my endometrium was 1.7cm & i have fluid in the uterus. i'm having alot of cramping. could i be pregnant? i will not find out find our results until tomorrow

Urine test now: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Old uterine blood: The fluid on the CT scan is probably old blood from the 25 days of bleeding. It might be a good idea to see a GYN  MD and find out why.

Uterine fluid.: There shouldn't be much fluid within the uterus.  If both the tubes and the cervix are open, there shouldn't be any place for fluid to build up and remain. It can happen if the tubes are blocked, if you had surgery and the cervix is obstructed, if you have fibroids that block the cervix, or if you had surgery to remove the lining. You should be evaluated by your doctor.
