Depends: It depends on the size of the cyst that ruptured.  Obviously, larger cyst will contain more fluid and will take longer to be reabsorbed.

So sorry : I'm so sorry you had to go through that. Those can be very very painful. If you're  3w post rupture, the pain should be getting better by now. You may want to give it another 7 to 10 days, and if the pain is still severe consider seeing your doctor for a repeat ultrasound to make sure everything looks normal. I don't know if the discharge is related to the rapture at all. They could be separate issues.

Hard to say: If the fluid leak is small, you may not feel anything. If large, can cause abdominal pain which gradually eases over the next 24-48 hours.

It is attached to the dome of your bladder, and when irritated may cause symptoms related to voiding and your bladder.  If it is happening frequently, you may need to be evaluated radio graphically or endoscopically to identify any relationship.

i had a large ovarian cyst rupture about a week and half ago. i was in bad pain. ultrasound showed fluid. the pain is improving each day. little pain left in pelvic and hip. but much much better. do i need go back to doc or can i wait a little longer?

Varies: Some patients have severe pain with ovarian cysts. Others have none. The experience is highly variable from person to person. One should not assume that a cyst is the cause of pain without being evaluated by a doctor.

One week to 10 days: The fluid in the spontaneously ruptured ovarian cyst has to be absorbed by the peritoneum( inside lining of the body cavity) and until it does, the fluid will serve as an irritant and therefore- pain.

Depends type of cyst: You mean bleed inside peritoneal cavity very  small amount yes. Follicular cysts do repture all the time  barely noticeable may bleed insignificant of blood, leuteal cyst  will bleed more, pathological tumor cysts will bleed  significant amount if they rupture  , especially dermoid cysts will also cause peritonitis.            ( chemical ).
