Nasal blisters: This is likely to be a superimposed skin infection (impetigo) due to a bacterial cause. If the blisters extend to the lip it may be due to a viral cause (herpes simplex). Antibiotic or antiviral treatment is recommended. This would be administered topically or orally depending on the severity of the presentation. Suggest seeing your family practitioner for assessment and treatment.

Cold sore: You probably have a cold sore, which is reactivation of herpes simplex infection. It will go away in a few days.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

See doctor: Flu is usually not associated with vomiting although certain "cold" virus may.   It this has been present for over a week, you need to see a doctor.

Irritation: The nose is irritated. Try not to touch it and it will resolve in a few days. Just rest and hydrate and hot fluids

Confirmed ?: Tamiflu is a prescription med that can help if started within the first 48 hours of flu symptom onset. After that point it has little value. Comfort meds such as acetaminophen are appropriate.

Pregnant w cold. : Lots of OTC cold remedies are not safe during pregnancy, as are some antibiotics. Your best bet would be to see a doctor, determine your diagnosis and determine a pregnancy-safe treatment regimen.

It runs it course : Unless you take an antiviral very early on.  For sore throat – gargle with warm salt water (1/2 tsp salt in 8 oz of water). * for congestion – saline nose drops or a netti pot. *for anti-inflammatory effect & mobilizing mucus- homemade chicken noodle soup.**for hydration- lots of water. Try clear broth. * add honey & a small amt. Of lemon juice to chamomile tea. Add honey & a small amt. Of lemon &gt;.

Rest &amp; fluids: Generally resting in bed rest and drinking plenty of fluids is what is necessary to treat the flu. Water, juice and warm fluids are best. In some cases if diagnosed early the flu meds oseltamivir (Tamiflu) or zanamivir (Relenza) may help.  Over-the-counter pain relievers, such as acetaminophen (Tylenol, others) or ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin IB, others), may help with the pain. I wish you well!

Blood: Blood tinged mucous is not uncommon when a person has congestion from a viral infection. The tissues can become inflamed &amp; irritated with bleeding from capillaries.
