Another virus: better get your child re-evaluated, RSV and Flu viruses are tested initially to exclude them and to see if your infant needs isolation if admitted together with watching for progression of symptoms and start some specific therapy if needed per case, please check with your pediatrician, probably other households have the same, hopefully it would just be a simple upper respiratory viral infection

Maybe: Purulent tonsillitis is a common finding with mono. Were the strep and flu rapid tests? Were cultures sent? Sometimes the rapid testing gives a false negative. If truly negative, and your other child has mono, the doctor can send a test for that.

been exposed 2 rsv, bronchitis, flu. adrenal insufficient & etc. but now have yellow mucus but only in the mornings. is the start of something or?

May be start: May be start of a respiratory infection or flu.  Follow up with your doctor who is aware of your medical condition.

Get aggressive : Nasal wash out with saline often requires you spray it in like a hose until the kid sputters & then shift to the other side. The kid will sneeze the stuff out & clear most of the thickened secretions in the process.The sucker is often unnecessary if you do it well. Most who use a  simple drop by drop method are wasting their time.

: Low probability especially for 4-y-o girl.  
RSV poses a great threat to infants under 6 months of age and young children with underlying
medical conditions including chronic lung diseases and complex  congenital heart conditions.  With small exception, most young children have experienced mlld Covid-19 disease.

Tubes: Tubes can be a good temporary measure in infants that have persistent or  repeated infection. Head growth should eventually end the fluid retention that ends up being infected. I recommend them for a single infection that won't clear over 90 days in spite of meds, and the kid who has 5 or more separate, resolving infections spread over 12mo. The ent's make the final call after their evaluation.
