How : How long have you had symptoms?  These symptoms sound like a viral respiratory tract infection.  This is also allergy season and many symptoms overlap.  If symptoms are longer than 7-10 days without improvement, it could be bacterial and you can go to your doctor for treatment.

Cold. bloody pieces: When you have a cold the nasal mucosa gets inflammed,  friable and increases discharge (also ironically dries out ), so some blood is not uncommon. Try vasoline  inside tip of nose AM,  PM to mositurize, Vit C ( orange juice 3-4 glasses a day  decreasing to  1 glass a day over a week will help . Zyrtec mayhep,  less blowing. Fish oil is a anti-coagulant. f/u with doc

Use nasal saline: Babies noses bleed when the sensitive capillaries inside are irritated by dust/fumes/smoke/etc.. Treatment is to wash away the irritants and keep the capillaries moist so they heal. You do this by flooding the nose with nasal saline drops to wash out irritants. Nasal saline gel can then be placed in the front of the nose to keep the tender skin moist.

Seasonal flu: Seasonal flu is very common viral infection with symptoms you have described. Usually the condition resolves on its own with home care. Drink water and get a good rest. Tylenol (acetaminophen) is also recommended every 6 hours. If concerned, see your PCP after 7-8 days or so.

Common: Epistaxis is common in everyone. 80% of people experience this in their lives. A common cause is dry, hot air like inside the home in the winter causing nasal dryness and crusting. The nasal tissue cracks and bleeds easily. Treatment includes humidification of the air, and nasal moisturizing with a variety of otc nasal saline gels or mist spray.  It's not a major health hazard, but should see md.

Nosebleeds: Hello, nosebleeds occur quite commonly and will usually respond to simple pressure by squeezing the front of the nose. Since it is recurring, go see your doctor or an ENT who may cauterize your nose and rid you of these bleeds.
