Need to see ENT: For assessment of your upper airways, middle ears are considered part of sinuses, you may also have Eustachian tube dysfunction, check with your doctor who may refer you to an ENT, meanwhile, if you haven't already done so, saline nasal washes can definitely help if done consistently everyday, good luck

dr. diagnosed me with eustachian inflammation and was prescribed amoxiclav, flonase and claritin.  i also have hiatal hernia and frequently get sinus infections from acid reflux and probably caused eustach inflammation.  will amoxiclav make it worse?

Augmentin can: cause GI upset.  But it will probably not negatively affect inflammation of your Eustachian tube.  Ask the prescribing doctor just to be sure.

Yes: No expected benefit of combining Zyrtec and Claritin (there are situations that call for high dose antihistamine use, but generally with one or the other).  Both are safe when used in combination with Flonase.

Yes: As long as you only take the recommended doses.  If you do need all these medications to control your allergies, you should consider consulting an allergist.

See below: Nasal congestion that fails to respond to allergy medications may be caused by other factors such as nasal polyps, deviated septum from recent nasal trauma, or other neoplasm of the nose. See an ENT doctor in your area.

Re-evaluation: if you are on all those medicines, regular and not benefiting, so you need to be reevaluated, medicines don't work equally for all patients, doses might need to be modified or prescribed different meds, most important is adherence to treatment plan, good luck

Unnecessary.: Azelastine is an antihistamine, just like Loratidine. So I don't think you'd need the both.  The two nasal sprays should be sufficient to control your symptoms.

Yes: Yes this medications do not interact with each other.
