Obstetric tears: Obstetric tears are usually repaired postpartum.   They should not cause problems years later in menopause.

Hello. : Hello.  Although i canâ€™t say why your feces is green; letâ€™s examine possible causes.  Since you did not describe any health problems, I am working on the assumption that you feel healthy.  One reason could be your diet. Eating foods that contain chlorophyll (i.e., broccoli, spinach or other green leafy vegetables) or taking iron supplements or multiple vitamins that contain iron can lead to green bowel movements.  Green food coloring which can be found in foods like popsicles or jello is a possibility. 
    If you have diarrhea and green stools that is a different matter. Bile is green and is excreted into the small intestine. If your stool is moving too fast through your gut, it may not be properly digested and you could end up with green stool from the bile (rather the brown feces).
Possible causes of green bowel movements can include: using antibiotics, food poisoning, diarrhea from bacteria or parasites, irritable bowel syndrome, using laxatives, malabsorption and diseases that cause inflammation in varying areas of the gut. 
   It is not uncommon to have green bowel movements once in a while. If you have green bowel movements and you have diarrhea or abdominal pain, that would be a reason to get checked out by the doctor. If your stool is always green and it canâ€™t be explained by supplements, medications or diet, check with your doctor.

Forteo: Probably not the cause of your symptoms. No harm will happen if you don't take Forteo for two weeks. If still in trouble don't re-start Forteo but do see your doctor.

Daily headaches: Some women are prescribed a low dose hormone replacement which sometimes helps (if you have no risk factors for breast cancer).  You need to avoid over-using pain medications which cause rebound headaches (narcotics, tylenol, (acetaminophen) fioricet).  Anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen, naproxen) sometimes help.  You might need a prescription for a daily medication to try to prevent the headaches.

Get worked up: You are young for menopause and should have a metabolism that would easily manage 1400 Kcal without weight gain.  I am worried about possible thyroid disorder or other similar problem make sure everything is normal before you start any diet program or pill. I admire your efforts at exercise and caloric restriction I hope it leads to your desired wait for you soon!

Concerning: This is post-menopausal bleeding, which can be a sign of cancer or pre-cancer of the uterus.  This should be evaluated by a gynecologist ASAP.

i am 46 years old & is on regular medication for high bp, also facing menopause, can i add virgin coconut oil & flaxseed both in my daily diet or not?

Nutrition ?: Adding coconut oil and flax seed to your daily diet will have no effect from your age (46 ) or on the onset of menopause. Although the average for menopause is 54 or so, statistically, menses may not be regular over 40, as the ovaries require more stimulation to ovulate, which delays periods accordingly.
